Executive Director Travis Lowe Featured on “Lonestar Sportsman with Alan Warren”

HOWARD LAKE, MN- The “Lonestar Sportsman with Alan Warren” Radio show, based in San Antonio, Texas, recently featured NAEBA Executive Director Travis Lowe. Lowe discussed the diversification within the growing elk industry.  San Antonio’s WOAI 1200 AM broadcasts the show and is also streamed live over the internet via “I heart Radio.”

Alan Warren visited with Lowe at length discussing the various elk markets and the benefits it brings to the general public.  Lowe said this was a great opportunity for NAEBA.  “It was an honor to discuss the positive things we are seeing in the elk industry right now. Alan was fascinated to hear about all the benefits and opportunities from elk products. We thank Alan Warren and Charly Seale for making this possible.”  The radio interview was recorded live on Saturday morning during the annual convention. The program airs each Saturday morning from 5-7AM.

The NAEBA Board of Directors has voted to become a sponsor of the radio show next year.  The Exotic Wildlife Association, a close ally of NAEBA, is featured weekly on the event promoting their industry as well as conservation and education projects.
